US ORDERS

 

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. All orders are shipped as quickly as possible but please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link. All orders are shipped via USPS mail and arrive within 2-5 days of shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped within 2-7 business days via USPS First Class International and generally arrive within 5-10 business days after shipment. 

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
If you are not in the USA please note:

1. You may have to pay customs or import duties on your shipment. We have no way of preventing this so please plan to pay these fees. These are not fees assessed by us. They are assessed by the destination country.

2. It's very important to track your package. Once your order ships you will get an email with your tracking number. If you don't see the email within 5 business days check your spam/junk folders and if you can't find it contact us to request it.

Tracking your package will enable you to see when your shipment arrives in your country. Once it has arrived you should receive it or be contacted by your postal service within a few days. If that does not happen please contact your postal service with your tracking number and ask them how you can retrieve your package. International shipments that are left unclaimed for a week or more often end up returned to us as unclaimed, so please help us avoid this by tracking your package.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

U.S. EXCHANGES 

Send us an email at info@dixiemae.com for a return label. Once your item is received, a replacement size will be shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. 

NEED TO MAKE A RETURN? 

To make a return, send us an email at info@dixiemae.com for a pre-paid return label. Item must be in NEW unused condition (this includes pet hair). A handling & processing fee of $4.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 1-3 business days.

 

Dixie Mae cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed packages.
